From the home screen of the app, you can start a workout or open the menu. To start a workout, simply choose your workout duration and hit "Workout Now." The menu can be found by swiping from the left or hitting the menu button in the upper-left corner of the screen.
The first (and only) step in creating your custom workout — on this screen, the app shows you an overview of the workout it has generated for you. You can find this same info from the exercise screen by swiping up from the bottom of the screen.

The app menu can be reached from any screen in the app by swiping from the left. It contains links to your profile, app settings, and your progress screen.
Your progress screen shows you how much you have accomplished with Cliq. It shows the number of exercises you've done in each category and the number of workouts you've completed.
